About the speakers:

Dr. Rachel Manber, PhD is a Professor of Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. She is a seasoned behavioral sleep medicine clinician and researcher. Clinically, she specializes in non-drug treatments of sleep problems in adults, youth, children, and infants. Dr. Manber has over 30 years of experience treating patients and conducting research to improve non-pharmacological treatments of insomnia. She has led research projects and real-life initiatives to increase patient access to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for insomnia.

Dr. Niki Gumport, PhD is a Clinical Scholar in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Her research, currently funded by grants as principal investigator from the Sleep Research Society Foundation and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Foundation, focuses on how to increase access to high-quality, evidence-based sleep care by training community-based providers in how to integrate digital CBTI into routine psychotherapy for depression and anxiety. She also provides clinical care for sleep disorders within the Sleep Health and Insomnia Program.

Dr. Michele Berk, PhD is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry) at Stanford University.
